Katerina graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy of ATEI Thessaloniki in 2005 and has many years of experience in the field of rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise. Since 2011 she has held a Master’s degree in “Health Institutions and Policies” from the University of Peloponnese, while in 2023 she completed her second Master’s degree in Therapeutic Exercise from the University of Patras.
She holds certification in Clinical Pilates from GPC (2019), a scientifically documented form of Pilates applied for rehabilitation, prevention and strengthening. It is addressed to people of all ages, adapted to their individual needs, and contributes to the management of pain in the spine and joints, scoliosis, osteoporosis, sports injuries, as well as support during pregnancy and postoperative rehabilitation. |
